Has directly managed investment projects worth US$ 300 million
and has been a Director, Business Development Manager, Deputy
General Manager and Senior Consultant for a number of multi-national
companies.
He established the first personal website in Shanghai in 1997
and as a structure and graphic designer, he designed a number
of websites, including B2B, C2C, search engines and portal
sites. |

Mr Reg Jenkins
Co-founder, Director
Has gained a vast experience during his career in international
businesses. He has worked as an overseas manager, senior engineer,
sales manager and marketing director in a number of international
British based companies. |

Mr Kumarlo Menns LLB
Director, Company secretary
Kumarlo graduated from Nottingham Trent University with
an LLB Hons in law. He is a solicitor who has worked in
the City of London and Cologne since qualifying at Osborne
Clarke solicitors in 2002. He specialises in litigation,
fraud, company law and commercial agreements.

Mr Henry Xiong

Director, Chief Operating Officer
Holds a BA degree in law and an MA degree in English from
the College of Foreign Affairs, China. He has worked successfully
as managing editor in one of the largest English business
media and websites in China. He has also worked as a capital-finance
consultant in an international company. Henry has extensive
experience in staging exhibitions, foreign trade, and business
consultation. |

Mr Jeffery Chen
BSc, MSc
Director, Chief Technicial Officer
Jeffery graduated from Fudan University, China, where he majored
in Computer Science. He has worked as Chief Technical Officer
for a range of international companies and has 10 years of
experience in system analysis, software development, implementation
and project management. He has extensive experience in design
and development of applications under the Windows environment
using ASP, powbuilder, Oracle Databases and MS-SQL servers.
Jeffrey is both a leader and a team player. |
